SHIPPING COSTS
We offer $20 flat rate shipping throughout Australia for orders under $50. For orders over $50 we offer Free standard shipping Australia Wide. For international shipping rates please contact us at sales@thechristmascorner.com.au
DELIVERY TERMS
Dispatch
The majority of our orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 days, however some of our items (especially large or bulky items) can take up to 5 days to dispatch from our warehouse. You will be notified if there is a delay to the the dispatch of your item that will affect the delivery times stated below.
Domestic Transit Times
Transit times vary greatly depending on your location and the items you have purchased, however are generally delivered within 7-19 days of your order being processed. If you require express delivery please contact us prior to purchase and we will advise if this is available to you. Please note the transit times above may be slightly longer when delivery is to regional areas.
International Transit Times
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 7 – 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at the checkout.
Change Of Delivery Address
For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
P.O. Box Shipping
The Christmas Corner will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.
Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock.
Delivery Time Exceeded
If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
Please note that our stock is held in various locations both domestically and internationally. Depending on your order your packages maybe sent in one or more separate shipments. Our stock is held in this manner to allow us a larger range to offer our customers. Some shipments originating from overseas may have tracking numbers that will only update once they arrive into the Australia Post system which can take up to 12 Business days from dispatch. Please email us if you have any questions regarding the tracking of your parcel – we are only too happy to help!
Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
Parcels Delayed in Transit
From time to time our courier services may experience congestion in the network and deliveries are delayed. Whilst we do
We certainly understand any inconvenience caused by delays, however, it is quite normal and not a cause for concern if your item is delivered a few days later than anticipated, or after the estimated delivery date provided by the courier. Unfortunately these delays are out of our control however we are happy to work with you to ensure a positive outcome.
